After a 100% traditional process, we get a differentiating proposal, with no leftovers and fully qualified.
We insist on applying and exhaustive quality control on every step in order to look after a precious and limited production since the very first moment until it is served.
Although we have the European certification RGS:12/021964/ZA, we are constantly improving this number by offering a unique great quality product in Spain.
We have more than 10 years of research, so we designed a technical self-control system according to our features.
Please remember, we are the only Spanish company with all these capabilities and that shows the long path we have walked (alone and joined) till we arrived here.

It seems chicken but it is healthier.

We like to say that it resembles a mixture between an octopus and cod barbel, it is like velvet for your palate.

HEALTHY
This is probably the feature we prefer to advertise and maybe the least known. This is a healthy foodstuff, the healthiest to us.
A protein alternative, with no allergens and healthy by definition. Personally, we are committed to look after our proposal to be neutral and synthetic additive-free. Furthermore, we keep a social, economic and environmental sustainability.
The scent is characterized by a soft smell with a horehound and mint perfume and a little touch of walnut.
Only 53 cal/100gr make it the meat with less fat in market. In the nutritional scale, it has a well-balanced combination of vitamins, minerals and essential amino-acids that puts it in a privileged position as a protein alternative of animal origin.
