Once upon a time there was a young profesional…
who lived restless in Sayago, and whose name was Fabián. He joined a university project about native frog breeding from ULE. Its contribution was awarded. Years later he kept studying the best amphibian production practices around the world. Five years ago he made his own project. In 2012 he moved to a business plan and gained pace with Paula.
Together we are searching for the best breeding methods. We ran the world chasing the approved distributors, contacted the research centers and the mentors in this subject. We also made market research to feedback our procedures.
And so our company’s philosophy is matured, getting used to new trends.
So we started to revamp…
in 2014, Grenoucerie was born. We created our first products based in frog legs. We started to analyze market claims and production difficulties, in order to create a sustainable plan with a distinguishing value to our specialized offer.
In 2015 we were selected as a High Growth Potential Company by the Junta de CyL to join ADE 2020 (Boosting Companies Program) and supported by ENISA as innovative enterprising practice.
Our brand is SINGULAR…
and, moreover, we know we are singular.
We are the only Spanish company with a specialized proposal and entirely based in Frog Meat.
And being so singular, we want to challenge the market. With an experience.
